When I came on site to interview, the atmosphere was full of excitement, fun, and friendly people. I saw a company in growth mode. I felt that the opportunity to work for such a company would challenge me and my ability to expand and grow.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
This company is everything that a traditional corporate structure is not. It's fun and unique. The people are great and very friendly. I feel appreciated and valued as an employee.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
The most interesting part of my job is working with the new agents. I see them transform from trainees to well developed and knowledgeable employees for the company.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Red Ventures has given me an increased level of responsibility. The continuous feedback allows me to expand my knowledge and skill sets.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Laughing—really laughing—is a daily requirement here at Red Ventures. Just yesterday, Avani and I had a really good laugh. And today is not over yet!
