Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because it is an innovative and dynamic company with the perfect company culture for my personality! Where else can you come to work in jeans, play Wii during your lunch break or basketball while throwing around ideas?  

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Red Ventures has allowed me to thrive not only within my skill set but has also challenged me outside of my comfort zone. I love that Red Ventures encourages employees to “own” their piece of the company puzzle. Each time we meet a goal, I feel proud that helped accomplish it.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Being on the ground level of the Quality Assurance team has been a rewarding experience. It’s allowed me to be a part of a team where the fruits of our labor are evident each time we coach an agent and see an immediate improvement.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I am amazed that in the year that I’ve been here, the number of employees has doubled! I feel so proud that as a team, we’re generating so many big ideas that we need more people to carry them to fruition! What a great problem to have!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
The first thing I did today was email John and Laurie the college football rankings. All I had to ask was “Can you help me find the South Carolina Gamecocks? They seemed to have disappeared off the rankings.” This started an all day long email chain of sorry excuses and the resolution that we’ll let the next match up speak for itself. I laughed all day! Go Clemson Tigers!
