Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because when I was on site interviewing I could feel an energy that the employees gave off. Everyone was excited about the work they were doing and the specific contribution they were making to the company. I was so impressed with the individuals I interviewed with that I left desperately hoping that I would have the opportunity to join them and become a contributor to Red Ventures success.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
The energy that I felt when I was here interviewing is real and is what makes the work environment here so amazing. Red Ventures is the kind of company that you WANT to work hard for. I love walking past a conference room and hearing a brainstorming session and then a while later hearing another team celebrating record-breaking numbers. Every day is something new and exciting here!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
The hiring process at Red Ventures is much more dynamic and involves more contact with the candidates than at other companies. The foundation of our company is talented people and because of that we are constantly trying new and creative ways to find the perfect candidate to grow our business. The emphasis on recruiting at Red Ventures further confirms the direction our company is going!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I've learned an incredible amount in a very short period of time at Red Ventures. The coaching and training that happens during a regular conversation with another employee here is what makes this company so unique.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I laughed out loud about 3 hours ago with Martin!
