Why did you join Red Ventures?
I was working with TLD, one of Red Ventures' clients, and I was presented a job opportunity by John, general manager of Red Ventures Puerto Rico. John explained to me the new businesses Red Ventures was entering and it was a very good opportunity for me to get into a different industry and explore new possibilities. I was ready for a new challenge.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
We are a very informal company with very formal goals. You can express yourself, ideas are heard and you can be part of the results.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
Getting to know new merchants, finding new business opportunities and negotiating with potential partners. Being able to see results and feel like I was part of the success. Not being enclosed in an office the entire day - having the chance to get out and enjoy a change of scenery.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I have improved my time management skills and established some very good business relationships.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I live my life laughing or I laugh at life - whichever way you want to look at it. At Red Ventures, the last time I laughed was 10 minutes ago.
