Why did you join Red Ventures?
One of the key aspects of my decision to join Red Ventures was, and still is, the environment. Stepping into the call center I felt a lot of enthusiasm and great energy. The people are also a great group, from upper management to the agents on the floor.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
The excitement of the daily challenges. Whether coaching an individual agent or strategizing new ways to raise the net sales conversion, it is the challenge that drives me.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
Development of new people. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a brand new sales agent develop from beginner to expert with the correct habits and work ethic.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
The opportunity to be part of a project to start a new company (Security Choice). This demonstrates the opportunity for growth at Red Ventures.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I laugh almost on a daily basis. The chemistry between the supervisors is excellent and between all the hard work, we have a lot of great laughs.
