Why did you join Red Ventures?
Before I joined Red Ventures, I was searching for a company that had a strong foundation of company core values. I was interested in Red Ventures, and after meeting the employees and experiencing the company culture I knew I had to join the team! I feel very excited and lucky to have the opportunity to work for such a great company!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I look forward to going to work every day. Everyone I work with is unique, energetic, and very knowledgeable, and it is a pleasure to work in such a positive environment. We work hard but have fun doing it. And the day goes by fast!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
We recently had a Career Open House, and it was great to speak to potential new employees about the company and share the excitement we have for our growth.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Recruiting for Red Ventures is very satisfying, as the company realizes what an impact its employees have on it. Joining the Red Ventures team is a success in itself. It is a pleasure to be able to assist in finding new talented employees.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
This afternoon when Brian walked up behind me and startled me - I jumped out of my seat!
