Why did you join Red Ventures?
I am a career changer and with little background in marketing, Red Ventures gave me an opportunity to learn about marketing and put my MBA course work to use.    

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I love the opportunity to work with a young, growing firm and love the casual hard-working atmosphere surrounding Red Ventures. 

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
I am like the center of a bicycle wheel, except instead of spokes; there are customers, sales staff, marketing staff, dealers and vendors.  I am always working on new projects that are interesting and it is great getting to see the results of your work. 

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I have acquired a lot of new skills and have enhanced my existing skills.  Particularly, it has been great to learn SQL and everyday have an opportunity to practice and learn more.  Learning SQL has also led me to enhance my SAS and HTML programming skills.    

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
We laugh every day, especially since there are several people in my group who provide continuous entertainment.
