Why did you join Red Ventures?
I was actually part of the Miami sales center when Red Ventures acquired the company I was working for. I got the chance to see the "before" and "after", and I am really thankful to be part of a team highly motivated and supportive people, where each person’s opinion and input is always important!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I love the new challenges that come every day and the fact that this job requires our team to work together to find new ways to exceed performance expectations and set an example for the entire company.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
Interesting? I would say the people! We have in our call center a great combination of cultures, backgrounds and personalities! Everything combined makes each day unique. I love it!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Working for Red Ventures has been a school of personal development for me, but the one thing I’m most proud of is developing my leadership abilities. I feel I have come a long way, but still have a lot to learn!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Just now! Two supervisors, Karlos and Stefie, were arguing in my office about who was the best sales person! We are planning a competition between them to see who makes more sales in two hours! That is going to be so much fun!
