Why did you join Red Ventures?
I actually joined Red Ventures because they bought Direc4u, the company that I used to work for.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I like working at Red Ventures because it is a very unique and growing company. I feel that I have learned a lot and still have plenty of room for growth here. Red Ventures is a company that is always looking after their employees' benefits and satisfactions, not only their own profit.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
The day-to-day at my job is the most interesting aspect! Every day brings a new challenge, new interactions with people, and more knowledge about equipment, systems and people. No one thing is the best or most interesting aspect, because every day is so different!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
My inter-personal skills. I have learned to deal with and see people in a different way! Each individual is so different and there is so much that can be affecting their performance, and therefore the company overall. I have learned we are all a big family and we need to treat and accept everyone as they are.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Just right now when I read the question! We laugh about 100 times a day in this office. If it's not an agent making us laugh, it's a customer's story or a supervisor. Or even the manager! We try to maintain a very fun environment, which is not hard to do since we have great people here!
