Why did you join Red Ventures?
Opportunity. The sky is truly the limit at Red. There aren’t any ceilings on monetary or advancement opportunities for those who have the work ethic and ambition that it takes to be successful.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
The people. Red is a work hard play hard type of environment. We pride ourselves in recruiting the right people to bond with the existing personnel. That way we know there’s always cohesion which leads to a productive and less stressful environment.  We spend 2080 hours a year together so we make it enjoyable.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Getting Radio Sales Group off of the ground and revamping Security Choice at the same time. There were many challenges on both business units however we got it done with hard work and perseverance. Now we’re reaping the benefits.  

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Learning the Marketing side of the business. With 12 plus years of sales/call center experience I feel more skilled. Now it doesn’t sound like a foreign language in our business unit meetings.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
About 20 minutes ago however I must plead the 5th about what… We laugh all of the time. We have some hilarious people here at Red.
