Why did you join Red Ventures?
I wanted to be part of a company that was growing and was innovative. Everyone I met during the interview process was excited to be a part of Red Ventures. I wanted to be part of it too!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Things are always changing – there’s never a dull moment here! The atmosphere is employee-friendly and the people that work here are hard workers and very talented. I’m impressed by the people here every day!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
It’s a toss up between the interview/training process for Puerto Rico sales agents and the gift with purchase program. The interview/training process gave me a lot of insight into what goes into acquiring new employees and helping them become successful! The gift with purchase program is something that I constantly learn from plus it’s such an out of the box idea on how to spread the word about SIRIUS. I’m glad to be a part of it!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I’ve become more comfortable with contributing my ideas and feedback. I’m a fairly quiet person, but the atmosphere and people at Red Ventures have definitely helped me become more “loud”. Additionally, two little skills I have picked up – V Lookups and Pivot Tables!

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Oh goodness! Lately, it’s been every night when the pump-up music is played and there are dance lessons and dance-offs!
