Why did you join Red Ventures?
Having worked previously in a small company environment, I wanted to preserve that experience. Red Ventures impressed me with its small town feel and big city goals. I knew that I would be challenged here, but I would always have the support of the people around me.
Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
The people, the people, the people. I feel very fortunate to work with such an intelligent and talented group. I have learned a great deal from my day to day interactions with my co-workers--because of them, I look forward to coming to work everyday.
What is the most interesting aspect of your job?
I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to interact with our ADT dealers across the country. Each of them is different which allows me to gain a broad understanding of the business (from 16 perspectives). The relationships I’ve developed with them are unique and very rewarding.
What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I took a leap of faith when I joined Red Ventures with no prior marketing experience… (In other words, Excel and I did not get along very well). I am proud of myself for being so persistent and willing to ask the questions when everyone else in the room, but me, knew the answers. Being in a leadership role now, I look forward to being asked similar questions and having the answers.
When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Just last night-- I was telling Marshall a story about some fellow team members (whose names I will not put in writing) and we were both rolling in laughter!
