Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because I wanted to learn about marketing and fully utilize my education. I also thought that, if the people I interviewed with reflect the company's culture, it would be an excellent place to work. I wasn't wrong; working at Red Ventures is a great experience at both a professional and personal level.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Refreshing and repositioning our product. It was a team effort project that went from refreshing the look of the package itself, to adding a new platform and enhancing the website.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Red Ventures has provided me the opportunity to grow professionally. I've been given increased levels of responsibility that force me to think proactively and make decisions that have a positive impact on our business.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
A few minutes ago! On the phone talking to the guys in Puerto Rico.
