Why did you join Red Ventures?
I wanted to join an organization where I could have fun and not drag myself into work everyday. - a place where “overtime” doesn’t bother me.  I saw the growth and the potential of this place.  This is where I want to start my career.  I am young and in good health...this is where I can use my energy to be successful!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Actually, I love it here!  The people here are just amazing individuals.  I really like there is room for me to grow.  Everyone here is treated equally and it is a ‘no brainer’ that Red Ventures is a fast growing company.  I am part of that!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
One of the projects that I am most proud of is helping Red Ventures bring in new employees.  I’ve even recruited a few myself!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I am a super “people person”- full of joy.  I plan on being here for years to come and have developed more people skills.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I am laughing now! I am very goofy!
