Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures with the thought of working in a call center but when I saw the opportunities for advancement, it immediately attracted me. Also, the fact that I would be working with a start-up company from the ground up really was a plus for me.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I like working here because of the family atmosphere that is displayed throughout Red Ventures. Also, there is a willingness to always succeed that seems to be embedded throughout each staff member, which makes it a very enjoyable and productive place to work.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
The most interesting project that I have been on to date is the Home Services Corp program. I have been fortunate enough to see the program blossom from the bottom to become a successful business. Working on this program has broadened my horizons to not only be limited to manage one program but multiple.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I am proud of the fact RV has taught me to become an effective leader and manager. Many companies would have not given me the opportunity to manage people at such a young age but RV trusted in me and gave me the knowledge and support to do so.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
To be honest, I have a loud outburst about two or three times a day. We are constantly having fun and making jokes (making sales as well) here at the sales center and it is just a great atmosphere to be around.
