Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures because of the excitement of being on a growing, very successful team that enabled me to pursue my career while offering me an awesome work/life balance. Red Ventures cared about me and what I have to contribute to the team from the first day I was at work.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I love working at Red Ventures because I can feel the excitement in the air when I come to work. Stepping out on the sales floor every morning, I hear the happy hubbub of agents loving what they do and I know that I had an impact on that.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
So far, the most interesting project has been staffing the Dallas office. Before I came on board, Dallas did not have a full-time recruiter located on-site. I have enjoyed the challenge of getting the Red Ventures brand out to the Dallas market while locating fantastic candidates.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
It has been amazing how much I have had to learn in the short period of time that I have been here. What I am most proud of in terms of my development is my skill in quickly identifying candidates that would be a great fit and candidates that would not be as successful in the agent and supervisor positions.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Yesterday, Darrell cooked out for the sales team in Dallas. Watching him, outside all day, in the Texas heat, and still managing to conduct interviews, improve employee performance, and serve hot dogs at the same time was extremely funny.
