I was impressed with the intellect and experience of the people I interviewed with and I got the sense that strategic thinking and constant activity would be a part of every day.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I have constant variety in my job responsibilities and in the type of projects I am asked to take on. Also, I value the fact that I have the opportunity to work with and learn from brilliant people every single day.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Developing the online marketing plan for Radio Sales Group has been the most exciting - we're working with satellite radio. It's an awesome product and I like working on marketing for something I believe in.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I have been given so much responsibility in my time here at Red Ventures, and the best part about that is being forced to go solve problems on my own. While I can always ask my coworkers for advice, I am able to make decisions myself that positively impact Red Ventures.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I laugh all the time when I am at work. I have a tendency to be somewhat loud!
