Why did you join Red Ventures?
I had heard such good things about Ric and Dan and the whole company for a couple of years prior to interviewing, that I just had to check it out to see if it's all true. Oh, it is!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I like the culture and the people who comprise it. This is such an energetic and positive place, I am happy to be able to say I’m part of it. Everyone is so professional and so positive!

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
I really enjoyed the process of rebuilding the websites for the HSP Referral Program and creating a content-management system for them.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
It has been only about 10 months since I joined, and I have continued learning new technologies since day 1, so it's hard to say at this point. It has been most interesting to go from an environment where I was working for outside clients and trying to please them, to working for my peers and trying to please them. We all work for each other.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
It was Monday morning after we all returned from the Red Ventures Annual Meeting at the U.S. National Whitewater Center and everyone was talking about the special bonding that occurred between AJ and Darrell on the ropes course. Of course, there were also the memorable Halloween costumes, such as Kevin's rendition (intentional or not) of Howard Stern.
