Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures to see what life is like outside of a law firm!  I had been interested for some time in marketing and in using creativity in the workplace, something I hadn’t really had much of an opportunity to do before.  I was ready for a challenge – something new and exciting – and that’s exactly what I got!

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
Come visit Red Ventures sometime and you will quickly see why I like working here so much!  We are fortunate to have a dynamic, fun-loving, fast-paced environment, full of people who work incredibly hard with unbelievable focus.  And honestly, no job is enjoyable if it doesn’t allow you to work with creative, funny, dedicated people.  One of the reasons I look forward to coming to work each day is the fact that I’m surrounded by talented people who find a way to have fun every day, while exceeding their work-related goals.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
Is it lame if I find drafting contracts interesting?

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Red Ventures provides the opportunity for autonomy and the ability to say anything (well almost anything) – no ideas are “bad” here.  That environment was foreign to me, and I’m proud to say that I have embraced it and now wouldn’t have it any other way. 

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
Thirty minutes into a meeting last week, Laurie took a sip from what she thought was her water bottle.  The freak-out session that occurred when she realized her water wasn’t flavored (but the water she had just chugged was).  It was amazing.  And hilarious.  And a little gross.
