Why did you join Red Ventures?
After toiling for years in the investment banking world, constantly uncomfortable due to stiff suits and prickly co-workers, I knew it was time for a change. I came to Red Ventures because I wanted to invest the skill set I had worked so hard to develop in an organization that would both value my contributions and embrace my individuality. I wanted to work with smart people who would challenge me and push me to go further and dream bigger each day. I wanted to be a part of the collective energy and enthusiasm that is apparent from the moment you walk through the front door at Red Ventures. It wasn't hard to leave stereotypes and politics behind - but I'm finding my Blackberry and HP 12-C slightly more difficult to part with.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
There is no typical day at Red Ventures. Each day is filled with new challenges, heightened expectations, and bigger opportunities. The pace at which we operate is astonishing. Not a moment goes by that I'm not completely engaged in what I'm doing and actively collaborating with my co-workers to find new ways of improving upon our successes.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
I've given up trying to get to the top of the learning curve, because I don't think that the top exists here. Every day the slope gets steeper. The most interesting aspect of my job is the ability I have to draw upon the experience and advice of so many talented individuals, each of whom has a unique perspective, to help me along the way.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I've learned that work can be both fun AND professionally rewarding. I've learned that winning is a state of mind - and that success is a destination that you're not going to reach if you don't take a few risks along the way. Most importantly, though, I've learned that I still have a lot to learn – I'm just lucky to have some pretty amazing people here to teach me.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
The real question is which of the last times I've laughed is most memorable. I spend a surprising majority of my day laughing – it's hard not to.
