Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined the company 4 years ago when it was just starting in Miami. It wasn’t even Red Ventures. I’ve been through every change and it has helped me grow professionally in so many ways. There isn’t a place in the world where I would rather be. It’s like my second home.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
I love the energy. It’s a team environment so it’s like we’re all in this together. It’s a great feeling and the positive air that you breathe every day makes it exciting to wake up every morning ready to face another challenge and create a whole new experience.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
The most interesting project is my current position as a Sales Recruiter. It’s an interesting and exciting challenge to search for the right person, especially knowing that I was a Top Seller for four years. It requires a lot of time, intuition, experience and dedication.

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
I’m proud of the fact that I was Top Seller throughout my whole sales experience and this helped me achieve my current position as a Sales Recruiter. I’ve gained and learned a lot ever since I started and that is why they say “Good Things come to those who wait”. I’m very competitive and persistent with everything I do in my life.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office? I laughed everyday while I was on the phone just to break the ice with the customers, but what really satisfied me was when they laughed. It was an overwhelming experience to bond with someone you can’t even see.
